Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly reshaping this space — not just in name, but in purpose.
This began as a place to share personal essays about motherhood, mental health, and identity. It still is. But more than that, this newly named space - A Path to Wholeness - is now becoming a home for what I’ve always been working toward: healing in real time. Slow, nonlinear, honest growth. Writing not just for clarity, but for connection.
You may have noticed the new title, the softer visuals, the clearer rhythm. This isn’t just a cosmetic update — it’s a reflection of the internal shift happening underneath. I want this to be a space where we can unfold — gently, imperfectly — and name the things that don’t often get said out loud.
And now, something new is coming.
Starting next month, A Path to Wholeness will include a monthly conversation with a guest — people I admire for how they show up in the world, what they’ve moved through, and how they hold space for becoming.
The on the path with… series won’t include promotional interviews or polished soundbites. They’re slow conversations about growth, healing, and self-reclamation — about the messy, human, in-between moments we don’t always see.
Some of these people are writers, some are creatives, some are healers or guides. All of them have something quietly powerful to say about what it means to be awake in your life.
The first conversation is coming soon. I can’t wait to share it with you.
And if you have someone in mind — a voice you admire, or someone whose story stayed with you — I’d love to hear about them. Just reply or comment below.
If you’ve been here for a while — thank you. If you’re new — welcome in. Subscribe to stay connected. I’m so glad you’re here.
More soon,
Katie
